The staff was very amiable in all services.

perfectly pleasant overall experience. convenient location for my purpose, clean place. nice breakfast with variety of outstanding foods. in front of a bus stop, perfect for me. lovely pool, parking in front of the hotel. no charge for wake up service and ironing too.

We have stayed here for 11 nights and had a very pleasant experience. the staff were amiable and polite at this place. the room was tidy and come with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.

I loved how my double room was set up with a nice balcony for some fresh air. Had all the necessary things in the bathroom like a good shower, hairdryer, and soft bath towels. 🛁.

The location of this place is great, right next to the Queen May's Palace and the Botanical Garden, and the room we stayed in had a nice balcony.

During my recent business trip to Balchik, I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Paris Spa Area, which was chosen by my director. The accommodation was excellent, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms that provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. the hotel also had a fitness center, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine throughout my stay. This facility was clean and well-maintained, providing a range of equipment for a satisfying workout experience.

The reception staff was not helpful.

The staff were amazing and made our stay memorable. They were always present and willing to help. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the gym and pool. The location was perfect as it was close to the Queen May's Palace and the Botanical Garden. We also loved the lovely woody green hill behind the hotel, which provided fresh air and beautiful views.

The Wi-Fi was poor and we had difficulty accessing it throughout our stay. Another issue was the lack of regular cleaning services.
